Hello everyone! I had mentioned in a previous video (Youtube Channel) that I was working on setting up a blog. I’m not at all a writer. I apologize in advance if some of my grammar and syntax is incorrect but speaking (speeches) and writing have never been my strong qualities. However, this blog will be helpful to show pictures of what I have created especially since youtube videos go so quickly that it makes it hard to see detail of the finished product that is featured on a video – for this reason I will try to keep the writing to a minimum ..LOL!
Anyways, here are the pictures of my recent video featuring 4 cards (part 1) out of the 7 cards (part 2 coming soon!) I used two stamps from Stampabilities. I bought these two stamps sets at Hobby Lobby for $2.99 each. I used the same card stock paper (cream) from Hobby Lobby for all 4 cards.
I really loved this card – this one is my favorite out of the four cards! I was able to use the hearts from the, “Shower & Flowers,” Simon Says Stamp set from the March 2018 card kit- which added a perfect pop of color to this card.
I really love the distress ink blending around the small panel- it really goes with the coffee theme! This card was really fun and easy to make!
Now this card was so fun to make as well! I enjoyed adding the craft paper onto the coffee cups which add interest to the card.
I don’t know about you, but I love this whole coffee theme!
I have never created a scene on a card before because I’m new to card making but I just had to try! I was attempting a diner scene for this, “Let’s do brunch,” card.
I really enjoyed making this diner scene. I think it turned out better than I expected…LOL!
I’m obsessed with how this card turned out! I think those coffee beans really scream, “Coffee over everything!” LOL!
and those adorable donuts- I’m just amazed of what I was able to create with with two small inexpensive stamp sets. I had so much fun creating these cards!
